We are currently recruiting for a permanent full-time Property and Procurement Program Associate to join our Property and Procurement departmentIn this position you will be providing administrative duties and support to the Property and Procurement team in accordance with policies and procedures of the agency.


  • Community college diploma in Office Administration or acceptable equivalency as determined by the employer;
  • Minimum of 3 years recent full-time work experience in an administrative/program support position, preferably in the social services field;
  • Above average experience and knowledge of all Microsoft Office computer applications;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills; with ability to remain calm and professional in challenging and stressful situations;
  • Exceptional team player with willingness to assist staff members from the program area;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and manage daily priorities to ensure tasks are completed within given deadlines;
  • Must be able to work some flexible hours as needed;
  • Valid driver's license and own reliable transportation is required;

 Duties and responsibilities:  (including, but not limited to) 

  • Prepare and maintain purchase orders and purchase order log: recording invoices to PO's as needed;
  • Maintain up to date databases and logs regarding contractors, maintenance repairs, annual inspections, codes/keys, etc.;
  • Contact and coordinate utility companies for maintenance and repairs as needed;
  • Prepare reports and work orders monthly, or as needed;
  • Respond to general phone inquiries appropriately;
  • Set up annual inspections with appropriate contractors/service provider;
  • Maintain license plate stickers, accessible parking permits, etc. as required for company vehicles;
  • Other duties as assigned by the Property & Procurement Manager;
